Completely handcrafted through metalwork, in Asheville, NC. No mass production is involved. Much love and care is put into each ring. These are built to last.

Materials: .999 fine silver, copper & brass

Choose which chain you want at purchase.

Either .925 Sterling silver chain or a stainless steel military dog tag style chain. See 2nd to last photo to see the chain options side by side, and the last photo to see the different chain length options. The stainless steel dog tag chain comes in longer lengths and is the most durable option.

.925 sterling silver chain is 1.8mm thick
Stainless Steel Dog Tag chain is 2.4mm thick
Chain lengths:

16″, 18″ or 20″ long
Stainless Steel Military Dog Tag Chain:
20”, 24” or 30” long

Size: Each pendant varies but will crafted close to 1″L x 5/8″W 2.8mm thick

The main photos are pictured with the .925 sterling silver chain, the last photo is a picture with the stainless steel dog tag style chain. Some prefer the more military dog tag style chain, it is also more durable and resistant to breaking than the .925 sterling silver chain.

The last 4 photos are process photos of the crafting of a necklace with its unique matching ring. This listing is only for the necklace by itself, but you can purchase the matching ring with it if you want them to be a perfect matching set. See below to view the ring listing. Each pendant is handcrafted after purchase, therefore each pendant will look close to the photos, but will vary slightly with design work and with size. If this necklace is purchased with a custom ring, then the size will depend on the size of the ring, since the material used in the necklace will come from the material used in the ring.

More about this necklace:

This pendant was completely handcrafted out of .925 sterling silver, copper and brass. I oxidized the piece for a more antiqued and rustic finish. The copper and brass portion of this necklace is scrap metal recycled from other projects, or if you purchase a custom matching ring, the metal for the necklace will be cut from the excess material of the custom ring, making a perfect unique match.

Additional Information:

Please note, since each ring is completely handcrafted, texture markings and oxidation levels will vary from one necklace to the next. The temporary dark oxidation finish will eventually wear off completely, making the necklace the natural color of the metals. If you ever want your necklace refinished, I can do so for a $30 refinishing fee.
