Difference between the metal options:
Brass & Sterling silver Cross – Brass turns brown similar to a US penny. Therefore, for the life of the ring, there would be a silver cross on a brown brass core. This option is quite durable.
Brass & 14K White Gold Cross – The gold cross looks just like silver, but it is higher quality metal than the silver. Some prefer to have just a little gold in their ring. The white gold cross option is even more durable than the sterling silver strip.
14K Yellow & 14K White Gold Core – Highest quality option. The entire core is solid gold, and will never turn brown. It will stay the colors you see in the photos forever. If you like the colors of the ring in the photos, and do not want them to turn brown, you may want to go with a solid 14K gold core. This is the most durable option.
See the 3rd to last photo for an example of what an aged brass and aged 14K yellow gold core looks like. It is a different design, but this gives you a visual of what the different core metals will look like for the life of the ring.
FROM DARKNESS TO LIGHT – COLLECTION
This all dark oxidized ring is part of the From Darkness to Light Collection. The finish of the ring begins all dark and over time transforms to be all light. See the 2nd to last photo for an example of how the all dark oxidized finish wears off making the ring the lighter natural color of the metals.
Custom Message INCLUDED:
Want to include a custom message inside your ring? Just put the custom message you want in the “custom message box” at purchase. If you want no message in your ring, put “NO MESSAGE” in the box. Your ring must be at least 7mm wide to add a custom message. Please keep the message to 16 characters to ensure it fits. See the last photo to see examples.
1 Peter 2:9-10 – But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.
This verse is the inspiration for this design, but the scripture and reference is not actually on the ring. I can hand stamp the scripture reference inside the ring if you would like me to, just put that in the “custom message box.”
Description
Tips on sizing:
For accurate sizing, I highly recommend you have your finger sized by at least 2-3 different reputable jewelers in your area. Tell the jewelers the ring is ‘standard fit’, and what ‘width’ your ring will be. If your ring width is 7mm or wider, have them use a wide band ring sizer. I can do 1/8, 1/4 or 1/2 size increments to get an exact fit. I can make your ring any size up to a size 16. If resizing is needed, I can resize your ring for a $30 resizing fee. Keep in mind, it is much better for me to resize your ring later on to be larger in size, rather than smaller in size for several reasons.

Please allow me 3 weeks to handcraft your ring order. Message me if you need your ring order faster, rush service may be possible with an added fee.
Additional Information:
Please note, for any ring that has darker oxidation on it, oxidation levels and texture markings may vary from one ring to the next since it is handmade. Furthermore, the temporary dark oxidation finish will eventually wear off completely, making the ring the natural color of the metals. This can sometimes happen quickly, especially if one gets the ring wet often. Getting the ring wet will not damage the ring at all, but will wear off the dark oxidation at a faster rate. When choosing a ring with an all dark oxidation finish, please ensure you will be happy with the natural color of the metals. If you ever want your ring refinished, I can do so for a $30 refinishing fee anytime.
Added note about silver: The difference between “fine” silver and “sterling” silver is that fine silver is 99.9% pure silver. Sterling is only 92.5% silver with the remaining 7.5% being composed of other metals, usually copper. They look the same, wear & polish the same, but fine silver is more “pure” silver.

With only a month to go until my wedding (which will be coming up on April 14) I contacted Gabrielle about making me a 10mm cross ring. I was amazed at how quickly she worked on it and, before I knew it, it was in the mail to where I live in Alaska – being sent nearly a full week early. My fiance and I love it and it's a good fit for my personality, but the only word of advice I'd like to give other people is if you are unsure of your ring size as I was to try on several wide-width rings so you order the right size as I only tried one at a local jewelry shop (the only wide-width one in my size) and ended up ordering from Gabrielle a size slightly too large (I was in a rush – don't you be too!).
In summing up, Gabrielle is a true professional and it was a pleasure to work with her…now all I have to do is fatten up a bit!
